Hello, welcome to my blog post! This Action Project is for a class that I'm in called Forbbiden Books. In Forbidden Books, we have been learning all about the history of banning, censoring, and challenging books. The first book we read for this class was Fahrenheit 451, a book about burning books. Then we had to pick a banned book to research ourselves. The challenged and censored book I chose to research for my Action Project was Animal Farm by George Orwell. I read the book, researched why it was challenged, and wrote a research paper on it.

This is my Action Project, it was a lot of fun to research Animal Farm. It was my first time reading the book, and I'm glad I chose it for this project. It's really interesting how so many people want to challenge and ban books. It was a lot of writing but writing can be quite fun sometimes, so I really liked this Action Project.
